Chicken Marsala and Pizza at the Cheesecake Factory

I dig the Cheesecake Factory and their Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp dish (not just a provocative name) is my favorite of all time. Chicken Marsala is my second favorite and it's awesome no doubt about that. I must admit despite the fact that this dish is tasty it does not hold a candle compared to the homemade masterpiece made by my good friend Vernon Vasquez. To be 100% honestly he is one bad mama-jama in kitchen and one of the greatest guys you could ever meet!

The pizza was off the kids menu item and was quite large to say the least, but tasty nonetheless.
